Singtel Office 360

Challenge

Singtel was launching a new business productivity and communication solution suite for small businesses - Office360 - and needed to sell its key business benefits and value propositions as quickly as possible to business owners who typically had very little time and capacity to absorb the technical complexities of the solution.

 

Action

We created stories of typical challenges that businesses face, in the language business owners are familiar with, which could be overcome with Singtel's solution. The stories and key business benefits were presented in a "knowledge byte" format - interactive Adobe Flash motion graphics with voiceover narration - which enabled us to tell the stories clearly, deliver the business benefits and value proposition messages effectively, and integrate calls to action that help the decision maker take the next step easily. All within just 5 minutes.

Outcome:

Launched together with its website and distributed across multiple platforms, the knowledge byte boosted take up rates and reduced the load on sales and support personnel who could focus on sales and addressing more complex queries.
