Login Panel
You'll be sent an e-mail with login information and a URL to access GetIT|Comms ProManage. Features
You can remember to be logged in every time you visit. If you forget your login information, we can help you out.
1. Project Overview
When you log on as a client, the first page you see is the project
overview. From here, you can look at everything globally.2. What's Fresh
Under what's fresh, you can see the latest messages, milestones, and
to-do postings. Click on the item to view it in detail.3. Who's Who
Basecamp can let you know who's currently logged in. In addition, you
can see when was the last time someone logged on.
1. View A Message
Included in the messages panel is the title and a quick excerpt from
the message. You can click on the title to view the whole message.2. Post A Message
You can post a new message for all of us too. The next image shows how to post a message.3. Comment
On each message, both you and we can post comments. This way, the
conversation is never over, and it's organized well.
1. Message Details
You can declare a message title and what category it belongs in. The
actual content of the message goes in the message body.2. Attaching Files
You can attach a file to a message and we can then download from
Basecamp. This has unlimited uses. For example, say we need you to
write up some content in a Word document? Easy. Now we need to get a
whitepaper from you. Just as easy.3. Notify Via E-mail
It's really easy to notify whoever you feel needs to know that you just
posted a message. Just click along side his or her name (or multiple),
and an e-mail will be sent.
